The villa is located in area Fornino and its far about 300 meters from the sea.
The area is a very quiet place (and quiet neighbours) and it is surrounded by trees and plants.



The Building

The design has been made focusing the needs of a summer house: many services has been put outside (but covered and closed) as well as the big "living area" on the outside front. A small apartment has been obtained on the lower ground floor  with an added double room, a bathroom and a small room as service. Therefore the total build area is 183 m2,



The villa was built in 1991 and it is fully equipped of services (phone, electricity etc.). A cistern has been added outside to guarantee water also during no-rain periods (it happens in summertime).
